Decorative Prints and Embroideries

Embroidered botanical designs, atmospheric woodland scenes, arabesque motifs and characterful woven structures move together across the collection, each drawing on centuries of English decorative tradition. 

Inspiration has been drawn from a wide variety of historic sources, from Jacobean crewelwork and antique embroidered hangings to Indian palampores, English chintzes, woven borders, Bargello needlework and British landscape paintings. Rather than reproducing archive documents literally, each design has been softened through scale, spacing and colour, allowing traditional motifs to feel entirely at ease in contemporary interiors. 

Colour unifies the story throughout. Mineral blues, aqua and slate sit alongside leaf green, olive and celadon, warmed by parchment, flax and stone, with occasional accents of tomato and berry adding depth without overwhelming the quieter grounds. The result is a palette that feels mellow and naturally aged, recalling the soft patina of treasured textiles evolved over time.

A celebration of the collected interior, where pattern and colour are layered gradually, each addition feeling as though it has always belonged.
